Cindy, I've checked the QUÉBEC DEATH INDEX (1926-1996) & there are only 4 BLEVIN: Ada Hope, George, Jeanne &
THOMAS BLEVIN, b. 1877.07.11, d. 1997.08.20 while residing in Montréal, QC
There are also 4 BLEVINS (note final S): Harry, John, Leonard, William-James.
I have also checked the Cimetière-de-l'Est (aka REPOS ST-FRANÇOIS) on Sherbrooke St. East in Montréal, & there's only one BLEVINS, John, son of John. There are no BLEVIN.
I've checked the BROME County Roman Catholic marriage registry (1970 edition) where POTTON (aka MANSONVILLE) is located. There are 7 DAVID marriages from 5 different parents.
Sorry I can't help you more than this. Good luck in your research.
