Bonjour Teresa:

What a lucky person you are. Honza was leading me nowhere, not even to Theodore's parents marriage in Montréal.

His surname was HOUZA. Théodore was an Engineer according to his profession recorded in his marriage record.

His parents: Pierre Houza and Julie Gausset were from : Ladivigeau, area of Brest, Department of Finistère, France. This is in Bretagne (Brittany). It is likely that Theodore parents never came to Canada. The name of his witnesses at his marriage would indicate whether his parents were there or not.

I assume that Theodore had some descendants but my parking meter was running out of time and could not do more research.

Au revoir,

Jean-Marie
