My grandfather, Howard C. Campbell lived in Montreal from the mid 1950's until the early 1990's. I believe he died in either 1993 or 1994. His wife (my step-grandmother) did not get along with our family very well, and did not inform anyone when he died. Various family members can't recall now if it was 1993 or 1994 when the found out he had passed away. Is there a way to request a death certificate with this much info? He lived at 2005 Patricia Ave. almost into West Montreal, near the Sealtest factory if my memory serves me. If someone could do a look up, or has info I would gladly trade research/look-up for info in Massachusetts, or New Hampshire.
