I have been asked for help by someone in the family in finding her niece's biological father. This is a rather sensitive situation as this niece is still living. I will refer to this niece as "Marie" for this reason.

Marie was born out of wedlock in the 1950s in Montreal. Her biological father was Maurice Bonhomme, b. abt. 1920; her mother was Hughette Cantin. Mr. Bonhomme was already married to a Miss Limoges at the time, daughter of one of the owners of the Habitant Soup Company in Montreal. (no other information on the Limoges family name.) Marie's birth surname was registered as Bonhomme, or so I have been told. Marie's mother, Hughette, now deceased, later married a man with the surname of Boisclair who adopted Marie.

Marie is trying to find information concerning her biological father who is more than likely deceased by now.

If anyone on this forum can be of help, I would be very grateful.
