Is this the correct family?

1920 Census of Peterborough, Hillsborough, New Hampshire

George Johnson 35
Margaret Johnson 33
Howard Johnson 7
Charles Johnson 5
Arthur Johnson 3y2m

1930 census of Massachusetts > Worcester > Lancaster
In the household of Clarance B. Sanderson

Clarence B Sanderson 40
Frederick L Sanderson 70
Frances E Schley 42
Howard W Johnson 17 Boarder
Harold Mcgraw 17 Boarder

If not, do you have a census entry for 1920 that matches the family? If the above is your Howard, it stated in 1930 that he was born in Canada, English...or probably in Ontario. Records on line for Ontario births end in 1911 so that could be a problem.

Also, if the George in the 1920 census is your George, he was a caretaker on an estate. Possibly he had to go with the family to Canada as a member of the staff? Not sure, just a possibility. Of course, if this isn't your George, it doesn't matter....

Let us know something specific about George and Margaret...a census listing, other children, anything that will help locate them in a census. We can move from there.
