Have no idea how you can get a birth certificate if you don't have a name...even if it's the adoption name. In the past, baptism certificates were issued in lieu of birth certificates. Really can't help without a name, at least that of adoption parents. Do you know where the birth took place? Private or public hospital? Where was the child sent? The Crèche d'Youville? Public adoption papers are mostly sealed, but there is sometimes a possibility of getting info. Without DOB or a name, or a place we can't get info....
