Alexander OR George Henry YOUNG

Sorry, Joyce, but I've been unable to find Alexander YOUNG married to a BRUCE. There are several Alexander's & many more George YOUNG marriages; but, since parents are not listed for protestant marriages, I can't get anywhere.
On the other hand, you may find it interesting to check the LOVEL montréal City Directory online. It free & allows for searching by year & then by surname so it's rather easy to find someone within the city limits & on the southshore of the city.

The BMS2000 is a program compiled by several Genealogical Societies in QC. It consists of baptisms, marriages & burials of mostly Catholic denomination, although some protestant marriages are listed. It's not very helpful if you're researching protestant couples. It's available from http://www.bms2000.org/Default.aspx
Sorry I can't be of more help.
Good luck in your search.
