Joyce, as far as I know, the DROUIN only has Catholic marriages. At least that's my experience thus far. I'm not familiar with the LOISELLE.
Hoping you've listed the couples with male surname first, I've found the folowing in the BMS2000 (baptisms, marriages, burials). This program sometimes lists protestant marriages.
1) Alexander ROBERTSON (parents not listed) m. 1853-06-14 in Anglican Church, Kingsey, Richmond County, QC, to Isabella YOUNG (parents not listed).
2) Archibald McDONALD (parents not listed) m. 1801-12-21 in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Québec City, QC, to Hannah DAVIS (parents not listed).
Those are the only 2 couples I've been able to find, always presuming the first surname you've given is that of the husband.
Since parents are rarely listed where protestant marriages are concerned (at least in the BMS2000), I can't search for any children.
If I can help you further, just let me know. The more info you provide, though, the better.
