Glad you've found a bit of information from Muriel about your family. You said that you were going to keep exploring. If you haven't already looked at the following websites, there is quite a bit of information on them about what they have available about Jewish families in Montreal. I believe both of the following websites give e-mail addresses. If you contact them and tell where you are, your relationship to the people you are seeking, and give all the information you already have about them, perhaps they will have information for you. It sounds like important pieces of information for you to progress further are Ruth Feldman's maiden name (to see if she died in Quebec, and if so, try to find an obituary for her) and Lilyan/Lillyan Feldman's married name.
