Not related.

Is he the one listed in St. Henri de Mascouche, Quebec in the 1851/52 Canadian Census, likely as a visitor, living in the United States, in the home of Michel & Marie Rochon, who are likely his parents? Indicates everyone in the household was born in St. Henri de Mascouche with the exception of Marie who was born in Terrebonne.

If so, then this is his baptismal info:

(translated and paraphrased from the original French):

20 July 1830 baptized Frederic, born yesterday, of the legitimate marriage of Michel Rochon, living in this parish (St. Henri de Mascouche), and Marie Moren (or Morin), his spouse.
