THOMPSON AND MAC GRUDER FAMILY

THE CANADIAN CONNECTIKON

Amelia and Martha Thompson, daughters of the
Reverend Cornelius Thompson. Reverend Thompson was
the son of William Thompson and Mildred MacGruder of Spy Hill Plantation
in King George County, Virginia. Eight, possibly nine children were born to
William Thompson and Mildred MacGruder. They were Samuel, Cornelius,
Amanda, Benjamin, Amelia, Joshua, Celia, Bettie and Margaret. From this
cluster of siblings, the family Tree has spread to include such family names as
Washington, Peyton, Gray, Hennigan, Luckett, Grayson, Miller, Alexander, Bell,
Todd, Muse, Taylor, Gatewood, Lucas, Murphy and Smith. The list appears to
be ever Flourishing.
