Hi Heidi,

I have not found anything yet to show Robert's parents names, but there is a marriage that matches.

Acadia, Canada, Vital and Church Records (Drouin Collection), 1670-1946 about Robert Gray
Name:       Robert Gray
Spouse:       Ann Hodgins
Event Year:       1832-1860
Event:       Mariage (Marriage)
Religion:       Catholique
Place of Worship or Institution:       Gloucester, comté (Bureau de Santé de Bathurst)
Province:       Acadie (Nova Scotia and New Brunswick) (New Brunswick)

Robert Gray of the Parish of Beresford int he Çounty of Gloucester, bachelor, and Ann Hodgins, spinster of same place, were married this 18th day of ??? 1844 by me. George (cannot read his surname) Minister of Scotch Church Bathhurst. This marriage solemnized between us.
Robert Gray
Ann Hodgins
In presence of William Anderson and Margaret Smyth

I cannot read the month of marriage but it shows at the side that the marriage was registered July 19, 1844 so marriage was before then.

Sorry I cannot find anything on parents of Robert.

Carolyn L
