MASSON family - Irish Connections
Posted by: Roz Roberts (ID *****9161) Date: October 12, 2012 at 12:52:27

Hi
Is there any Masson family out there who has Leeds Ontario & Irish connections? I've noted on Ancestry that there is a MASSON family tree that includes Pockridge Dancy b 1812 in (Northern) Ireland & appears to have details of his parents.

This Pockridge Dancy is undoubtedly related to my Pockridge Dancy/Dancey born Co Cavan Ireland about 1809-10. (These Pockridges are definitely two different individuals as mine stayed in Ireland & did not emigrate to Canada).
Any information on Pockridge's family of origin (the one who emigrated & died in Leeds Co Ont in abt 1880s 1890's) much appreciated
Roz
