Civil registration index indicates he was born in the Quarter Ending 1899 in Athalone.

BICYCLIST STOPS OFF

Joseph Lyster, of England, who has ridden a bicycle across Canada and the United States stopped over in Hagerstown Wednesday en route to New York City, where he will sail for home August 1st. He stopped at a West Washington Street home. Lyster visited the World's Fair in California before heading east.
