Newspaper in 1930?

Which newspapers were in london ontario in 1930? I am looking for 2 obits and my library does interlibrary loans. I just don't know what to look for. I am looking for an obit for Robert Kelland who died in 1933 and his wife Elizabeth Kelland who died in 1936.
Also is there a death index for people who died in canada? I am looking for Albert Victor Cooksey. He was born 4 feb 1887 in england. Lived in the us for awhile. Seperated from his wife who died before 1940. He was living in detroit until at least 1945. After that I don't knowwhat happened to him. But he did have a sister Emily Williams who lived in canada, so I wonder if he went to stay with her? Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you
