RE Passenger Listings

Just realized that there may be another search that I have never even thought of before...
William McCutcheon left Canada in 1894 (possibly April of that year) to go back to Ireland and bring his mother, Mary to Canada. It is possible that he may have travelled to the south of Ireland (? see below) but the family was supposedly from Tyrone County, N. Ireland.
If anyone could find his passenger listing for his return to Ireland I would be most grateful... hoping there may be MORE info on it than on previous passenger listings..... Still have not found his listing for entry circa 1887.
This why I think he may have entered Ireland in the south when he returned in 1894 - this card was issued in Kilkenny.....
I have a copy of a card for my Great Grandfather that reads as follows -
To introduce Mr. Wm. McCutcheon of Co. Tyrone to the Dominion Government Immigration Agent at Quebec or Montreal.
Issued by the Agent of the Canadian Government in the United Kingdom at Kilkenny, Ireland on 20th April 1894.
G. Leary - Signature of Agent
Does anyone know if there might have been papers/forms/documents to be filled out by my GGF (that would contain MORE information about him) before being issued this card????? Could they still be on file somewhere?????
It is believed that in 1894, Wm. McCutcheon returned to Ireland from Canada and broughht his mother over so it is quite possible there may even be documents concerning his mother as well.
If anyone has any knowledge about these cards and/or any immigration type documents that mighht exist somewhere, I would love to hear about them.
