Im trying to find any info on a bertha charboneau. on my great grandfathers(joseph goulet) WWI draft card he lists her as his aunt and closest living relative. at this time she was living in ashland, wisconsin and ran a boarding house. I am also trying to figure out if she was the sister of josephs father, alphonse goulet or the sister of his mother annie levinge. the only dates i have for reference are josephs birth and death dates july 7, 1876 new brunswick, canada and he died september 6, 1938
