I would check with as many family members as possible to see if anybody remembers any stories about Albert's early years, if he served in WWII, the names of any siblings, etc.
You could try the local libraries for an obituary for Albert, which might mention other family members or where he came from.
Neither of his parents seem to be buried in the same cemetery.
