Am having problems with a connection between 1750 Martin Denyes and the early Americas ,,,,It is believed we are French Hugenouts who came over with teh Dutch in the early 1600's .I have found the family name in the Gravesends New York in census with Variations in the spelling , Jaques and Isaac being the first name ....some examples of last name are : denyse.denyes.denyce.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks Ray
