Hi!, Allen John Hilton Barrett, my grandfather was born in San Francisco, Ca, January 17, 1879, he was the youngest of 4: Ruth, doctor William Harry, Maude and Allen John.
their parents: Henry Hilton and Maude Barrett or Barret, and maybe Maud instead of Maude?, those names are in my granfather's papers. We don't have much, my grandmother, just loved burning all types of papers, she didn't care what they were, she needed a place to put away something, she'd get papers out, and burn them of course.
what my sister found, in San Francisco Library, was a street directory from 1914.... with my grandfather's address: 1550 Fell Street.
my aunt Dora is the eldest child, she was born in 1919. we know he lived for a year in Hawaii, and he left a child there, then he came to Sonora, Mexico, where he married my 18 year old grandmother, and he died in Mexico.
