I would be happy to assist in your Franco-Manitoban research. I note first off that the Mb Vital Records at http://web2.gov.mb.ca/cca/vital/Query.php has what may be the wedding of Alfred and Louise although she is shown as Elisa? Marr: 06/18/1889? You can check out that info and others yourself at the vitals link. There seems to be lots of likely candidates.

I will check at the St. Boniface Library within the next two weeks hopefully for more if you can narrow down the search. I think there is a St. Adolphe history book there. I found nothing immediately at the Manitoba Genealogical Soceity this afternoon.
