That is the correct URL for the 1906 Census. From that page you select 'Search the database' then select Manitoba and key in Winnipeg$ in the 'District'. You must use the '$'[wildcard] to get all of Winnipeg which had 32 Wards in 1906.
The 'search engine' on the site is a 'MrSid browser' and there are good directions on down-loading it. Or you can elect to search without the plug-in.
You would then have to go through each Ward until you find 'Princess' in the address. Sorry I don't know which ward that is in.
The site works well although searching is not too friendly.
