Hello, I am trying to trace any relatives of my Grandmother.
She was Doris Mapstone, from Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset England. She died last September aged 94
She had a sister Gladys, a sister Edith and a Brother Edward or Ted, all of whome emegrated to Canada in the 1910 approx.
Apparently the two sisters married Rasmussen brothers and Ted married a Rasmussen sister. Although Letters from Gladys in the 1970's showed her name as Brown.
Edith, apparently had a daughter Bernice who married a Len Matte, Gladys Brown had a daughter Ruby who married a Jim, they had children Dianna Rea and Mark Graham.
Other names include Albert Kristeen Stephensen and Siggi, Cassi
If any of these names are familiar it would fill in the gaps in our family tree!!
