I do believe that it is Frank J. Nell not DeNell that is buried in Flanders Fields Cemetery. I have a photo of Frank and on the reverse it says, Frank J. Nell killed in France World War #1. I believe he is a cousin of mine as that photo was with other family photos that were hidden in grandma's closet until she passed.

Frank was mixed race but very light skinned and would have easily passed as white as many of my family members did back then.
