hi all, looking for some help please with this THOMAS HEWITT, who I think could be my great uncle, son of JOSHUA and ELLEN HEWITT from Liverpool ENGLAND, his date of birth
9 January 1858.
I think it could be him that came to Canada arriving in Quebec on 31 August 1879, "Circassian".
Is there any way I can find out if this THOMAS is mine.
I know the age is slightly wrong as he would have been
age 23 yrs and not 26 as per the 1881 census, but mistakes often get made.
He was unmarried and im sure he must have married at some time in Canada and im hoping someone know about him and
any information will be great. thanks very very much
