I'm having trouble finding them in the census or a marriage in Manitoba - did William James Marshall (the one born 1910) stay in Manitoba all his life, or did he move elsewhere?

I can see married in England - William Marshall to possibly Mary Elizabeth Grayson, Doncaster district in Dec 1906 quarter (freebmd.rootsweb.com). A possibility?
