I know that Henry Adolf Frederick ROHLFS, was from German descent. Maybe came from the USA? Birth would be abt. 1890. He married Annie Louisa Jane ??????. They had 4 children born in Brandon, Manitoba. Muriel Ann Rohlfs, born 24 June 1920, and died in 2005. The other 3 children are Carl Rohlfs, Henry Rohlfs and Dora Rohlfs, all born in Brandon about 1920's Muriel Rohlfs met a soldier Edward Mc/MacDonald who was stationed at Shilo. He was discharged 1948-1949 when he met Muriel. They had David Bruce Rohlfs on Sept. 23/1949. Mc/MacDonald left the area and has not been seen since. Muriel then married a man named Willson. They had a daughter, Patricia Rohlfs. Fred Rohlfs owned a Grocery Store in Brandon. Any more information would be helpful. Military records from Shilo should track down Edward Mc/MacDonald.
