Thank you John Leclair for the information. My husbands grandfather Robert Millar was married in Montreal in 1838 and his Dad & Mom our Great Grandparents signed the papers & said they were from English River. The only thing we had heard was that Robert Millars family had moved to Saskatoon area but we couldn,t find an English River anywhere else in Canada but something came up to do with Churchill, so we decided to try Manitoba. I don't know if John Millar was an Anglican Missionary or not. We heard that the family was in the dairy business, but we think that was in Montreal. Also Robert had 3 brothers & they came to Canada from Scotland. We will try Saskatchewan. Thanks Bernice
