Sturgeon Creek, St. James, MacDonald District, Manitoba

Dring, Edward, Head, married, b. Feb. 1881, aged 30, b. England, emigrated 1902
Dring, Annie, Wife, married, b. May 1879, aged 30, b. England, emigrated (illegible)
Dring, Roland, Son, single, b. Nov. 1909(?), aged 2, b. Manitoba

But I cannot find a marriage in Manitoba. The 1906 census is online here:
