I am looking for a Victor Fleming that lived in Winnipeg in 1944 and 1945. He may have lived in Winnipeg for a longer time but I know definitely that he lived there during those years. I was told he was from Saskatchewan and that his family was originally from Belgium. He may have been born around 1909 but that has not been verified. I have checked Henderson Directories and Winnipeg telephone listings at that time but I cannot find any records. If you could offer any help or suggestions it would be much appreciated.
