Hi. I can't find a Caroline Reid or John Gillespie Stewart in my records.
But my ancestor, James Stewart, b. abt 1801 in Ireland, came to Quebec, Canada about 1830.
He wrote of a brother David who came with him, and another brother William who was already in Canada.
If there is any connection to your Stewart family, I would appreciate hearing from you.
