Hi,
I am a descendant of James William McKay, who was born in New Westminster, B.C. His father was also James William McKay and his mother was Ruth Varney. Ruth Varney was from the island, but, we don't know where James came from. Any info you may have would be greatly appreciated, or a suggestion, even? I am really stuck on this one. I have been told that the McKays were from the states, but there is nothing to substantiate this, or anything else, either.
Thanks for your time,
Alana McKay-Gross
