You can search the BC vital events indexes online at: http://www.bcarchives.gov.bc.ca/textual/governmt/vstats/v_events.htm#indexes.
If you are in BC, you can access the full registration at any library with a microfilm reader. If you are not in BC, I can look them up for you.
