Hi Shirley, have you tried sending a letter via the post office to living GABOURIE people? I went to www.canada411.com and queries GABOURIE in British Columbia and found 4 GABOURIEs listed in B.C. Unfortunately none of them are in Duncan - 2 are in the Vancouver lower mainland area and one up in Whistler. It might still be worth sending them a letter to see if they are related - you never know since there are only 3 of them in B.C. where you line lived. If you try that route, one tip - send a stamped self-addressed envelope as it might increase your chances of getting a response. Or if you are really brave (not me) you can always call them.
