St Saviour's, Victoria West, British Columbia

Does anyone have access to St Saviour's baptism register for 1895?

On 9 September 1895 Agnes Emma daughter of Humphrey & Mary Elizabeth GLOVER was baptised there.

Humphrey Glover was a Corporal in the British Royal Marine Artillery (RMA).

The baptism has been copied into the RMA Church baptism register but the ministers details are indistinct. It appears to read:
W D Buster, Victoria West, BC, Officiating Chaplain

Can anyone confirm this please? I can find no details of a Buster as a chaplain in the British forces so was he a Canadian?

Any information most gratefully received.
Thanks
Dennis
