TAMEMOTO Matsue Born July 5, 1912 and passed away peacefully January 23, 2008 at St. Vincent's Langara Care Home with the family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Tetsuo, sisters Sumiko, Ayako, Eiko, and brother Roy. She is survived by daughters Miki (David) Lowe, Connie (Don) Mayede; and grandchildren Michael, Andrea (Bruno), Tracey (Chris), and John Paul; great-granddaughters Brianna and Bethany. Also survived by sisters Yoshiko Nakatsu and Jitsue Seko (Ken Ishii) and sisters-in-law Fuki Tamemoto of Richmond, Fumiye Hirota of Winnipeg and Tokiko (Fumi) Yamada of Winnipeg. Memorial Service to take place in the chapel of Richmond Funeral Home, 8420 Cambie Road, Richmond on Thursday, January 31 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Koden and flowers gratefully declined. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Vincent's Langara Care Home for their loving care extended to our mother during her 9 years in residence, with special acknowledgement to the Cedar staff and to Edith, Lorna and Belinda, her private aids.
