Please help me find my grandmother. She was born in Field, B.C. Canada. in 1893, Married Ira Claude Finley in 1914 in S.Vancouver, BC, died in Haney (Maple Ridge) in 1982. The census reports say her name was Laura, but that was a big surprise to my Dad. She went my Lola May Hanson and that was on her marriage cert. I know that she had to write to Ottawa to obtain her birth info. when she applied for Old Age Security benefits. Her brother Roy Howard Hanson, on attestation papers in 1917 says his birth place was Field. I have tried BC Vital Statistics, but that was useless. I tried Canada Stats, also useless. CAN ANYONE HELP ME ?
