Countryman 1913

My grandmother was born in Princeton BC on 23 Dec 1913. Her name is Ella Countryman. She came to Australia with her family somewhere between 1918 (brother listed on Australian Army enlistment born Canada) and 1920 (another brother listed as born Injune Queensland Australia). Parent's name were Walter and Maggie Countryman. Can i have some suggestions on where to go to get confirmation of birth details and also of emmigration information??? I have looked for details from the Austrlian end and can't find much (my grandmother is still alive but all she could tell me was pretty much what is here - she doesn't remember Canada or the trip at all and none of her siblings born in Canada are still alive. They should be Mary, Dick and Stephen. She has never had any Australian documentation and did not need naturalization stuff apparently because she was under the age of twelve when she arrived. Can i please have some suggestions of where to look? (Other than LDS - i am getting on to that soon!)
Thank you in advance,
Janette
