Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

My Grandfather, Edison, was a Ross from Edmonton, Alberta. His family owned a store of which there is a replica in a park there, and I have an old 2-volume "History of Alberta" which has 2 paragraphs on the family.

My grandfather emigrated to Oregon in the 1940's. I believe we also have Ross relatives in B.C.
