Local history books are generally printed in limited editions and mostly are pre-sold. I don't think you will be able to purchase one through a book dealer. I have no access to the book, 100 years of Nose Creek Valley History. Your best course is likely through the Alberta GenWeb's Local History Book Project. That particular book has a lookup volunteer who will search out the McDougall names in the book and send the info to you.
100 Years of Nose Creek Valley is available at the Calgary Public Library, most probably it is non circulating but they will do intra-library loans. Try for more information on this.
Good luck in your search.
