Says Muriel died in 1981 and had two children - this fits with the Frances Muriel Miller died 1981 on the BC archives indexes.
BC archives online bmds shows a possible marriage of a Clarence Russell Miller and Frances Muriel Suggett in 1928.
Russell Clarence J. Miller died in 1986 aged 76. Possible?
1911 census shows Russell C. Miller aged 1 living in New Westminster, BC, with his family.
