The school website gives you a brief history.
Clarence Sansom was a lifelong educator in Alberta. After graduating from the University of New Brunswick in Arts, he began his teaching service as principal of the original Central School in Calgary in 1907. Over the next 40 years he moved to several locales throughout the province, sharing his expertise as a teacher, administrator and leader of the newly founded Alberta Teachers' Association. He concluded his illustrious career as director of the newly-established Calgary Branch of the Faculty of Education, University of Alberta in 1946/47.

Try querying the U of Alberta - they should have something if he was a director in their Faculty of Education. Ask the archivist there if they have any info.
