Hello,
I have been reading the various messages and found your
question.
William and Mary Campsall were the first to immigrate
to Canada. There homestead was at Godfrey, Ontario just
north of Kingston. William would be my great great great great grandfather. William and Mary's son John Campsall married Mellissa Purdy on Sept 15, 1958. John and Mellissa went on to have 13 children. Jerusha(died at 4months), Wesley, Oscar, Willie, Wilson, Mary, Hosea, Evy, Isaac,Emma, Edlow, and Ernest. I have more info, if you are interested contact me directly at smcnamee1214@rogers.com
I have tracked many of the 12 remaining children. William and Mary as well as some of their children are buried in a small hillside cemetary in the village of Godfrey. Many decendants are in that area as well.
