My line is probably not related to the ones previously mentioned. The only and earliest information that I have is a listing in the IGI for the baptism of Jose CAMPOS REDONDO in Mexico City at Saint Michael the Arcangel Church. I can't find the info now but the IGI listed date as 1741 but the Santa Fe Census of 1790 listed him at abt 1753. His parents were listed as Alejandro CAMPOS REDONDO and Juaquina DE ARTEAGA(?ORTEGA).
He was a soldier that started the CAMPOS line in New Mexico. I am obviously wanting to track his ancestry. Thanks.
