Now for me can you PLEASE help me find the town in the UK. or as we say England, That my Grate Grandfather came from and any thing you can on his wife. His name: James Greenslade Campion & Selina Eliza all dates unknown. James was born in England then he left UK.and went to St.Johns,Newfoundland.I have every thing but his place of birth and the info.on his wife. I believe there are two lines of Campion's in the UK.with the info.on James I hope to find my line. We could be related there's not a lot of Campion's in the world. James left the UK. sometime around the mid 1800. His frist child was born in St.Johns on Sept.2,1866. He went to St.Johns to work for the Prouse family as a stable hand worked ihs way up to the Gentlemans Gentleman, and had six children. The last two where born in Springfield,Massachusetts the last one was my father William Henry Campion,Oct.22,1910-Mar.28,1983.My Grandfather Kenneth Prouse Campion,Married Edith Amelia Simmonds of Camberwell,London. She was born on Jan.29,1867.They where married on Sept.29,1890 in Montreal,Canada. If we are related it will follow down from James Greenslade Campion's Father? I hope you can help me my Family line and it would be great to find that we are Family.I read somewhere that there is a HOUSE of CAMPION in England. If it should be in my line,It would be nice to see it someday. But time is moving a little too fast now that I'm 66 years old. I would like to finish my Family line so I can leave it to my four children so they can tell there children from where they came. So Good Luck! If we are related I'll be happy to send pic's. and other info. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU Bill & Rosealee
