Dear Del,

I have recently discovered a record of marriage between Edward (possibly Edwin?) HAWKES and Mary CAMPION on 7 April 1804 in Springfield, Essex, England.

Children of the Marriage (per census records) were

Philip HAWKES
Eleanor HAWKES
Jane HAWKES
Joseph HAWKES b 30 June 1806 in Boreham, Essex
Edward HAWKES b 5 March 1808 in Boreham, Essex
William HAWKES b 1809 in White Notley, Essex (my gggg grandfather).

I cannot find any other records for Mary CAMPION. I wonder if your CAMPIONS might have some connection? Any information would be gratefully received.

Cheers

Sarah
