Hi Jill I can not see an obvious connection but I have a Sophia campion born in 1830 in Bethnall Green Her father I think ,not really proven yet was a Robert who came from Suffolk. He had a brother Thomas also living in bethnall green A William & Eliz lived near St Luke Old st in 1760 ,a Thomas & Ann lived near St Andrew Undershaft in1762 ,Thomas & Mary near St Luke Old St in 1767. Probably no help but thought it might be interesting. Regards Hilary
