I don't know if I have your Richard in my database or not. I do have a Richard H., b. ca 1820, son of William Campbell and Nancy Dornell (?Darnell), grandson of Richard Campbell and Rachel Smith and great-grandson of James Campbell.
If this is your guy, however, the wife, Mary was actually Mary Pillow, daughter of William Pillow Jr. and unknown wife, grandaughter of William Pillow and Millie Dearing.
Mary was first married to James Jaggers in 1847 in Maury Co, Tennessee and had three children by him, William, Alabama and Sallie.
She and Richard Campbell were married in Franklin County, AR in 1850 and had J. T. Campbell (male) and L. A. Campbell (female). Richard was in his late 30s when they married so the chances are good that he had another wife.
Neither of these people is in my direct line so I didn't try to follow them past the 1860 census of Franklin County.
