Surnames: Willett & Campbell
Hello:
I hope to find some success in finding any info on the family of my GrGrAunt & Uncle. Anna M Willet nee Sturgis and John Thomas Willett.
Of the children they had ther was a Helen Willett who married a James H Campbell, and at the time of my GrGrUncle's death, he was living with them.
They were living in Watseka, Iriquois Co., IL.
This was back in 1950.
All I have been able to find so far is that Helen and James son, James Campbell who was born 08-Sept. 1924. This was four years after the death of his Grandmother, my GrGrAunt Anna M Willett. Anna and John Thomas Willett were wed in IA.
Anna was born Dec 19, 1964 in Kane Co., IL. I have most of this my family history, but not everyone who married.
Her father Emanuel Sturgis was in the Civil War.
Anna (Annie) died Oct 14, 1920 at which time, Helen and her family were living in Rensselaer, IN.
Any help or information would be greatly appreciate.
