Does anyone know about Jerry CAMMACK, who was a musician & composer? To which CAMMACK family does he belong?

I found, on the web, a MIDI file of the "Tom and Jerry Rag" written by Jerry in 1906. The file was at The following info was given: "Although written in 1906, John Stark did not publish until 1917. Although Cammack began his career as a ragtime pianist he did most of his keyboard work as an organist for the circus. Primary Reference: Ragtime Rarities selected and with an introduction by Trebor Jay Tichenor published by Dover Publications Inc., 31 East 2nd Street, Mineola, N. Y. 11501."
